Local Offer

Oxfordshire’s Local Offer provides information about Special Educational Needs and Disability, and links to all the relevant services.

The SENSS Deaf & Hearing Support Team supports children and young people with hearing impairment in schools and educational settings.

The Hearing Impairment Team supports deaf children and their families to access support services and equipment. It also offers Sign Up, which helps families support their child’s language and communication development using sign.

Oxfordshire Family Information Service (OxonFIS)

Oxfordshire Family Information Service (OxonFIS) provides information and support for children, young people and families. The Family Information Directory lists registered childcare, early education, family support and activities for children and families, and a dedicated area for parents of disabled children and those with SEN or additional needs.
